About Pizza Oven Company Ireland
Outdoor pizza ovens, delivered across Ireland.
What we do
Pizza Oven Company Ireland provides a focused online storefront, delivery information and customer support for outdoor pizza cooking.
Product information and safe use
For assembly and operation, the supplied manufacturer instructions and appliance labels are the authority for the exact model. Confirm the approved fuel, pressure, fittings, clearances and lighting procedure before use. Contact us if the documentation, appliance or components do not agree.
Delivery
Orders dispatch within 2 working days and standard delivery is free across Ireland, arriving within 7 working days of dispatch. Want it sooner? Express delivery (within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch) is available at checkout. Either way you get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Express is a paid €34.95 upgrade, picked in the cart. You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Our shipping page has the full detail.
If something is not right
Your rights under Irish and EU consumer law apply to everything we sell. If your oven turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will put it right. You can also return an unused oven in its sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, at your cost for the return postage. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.
How to reach us
Email theteam@pizzaoven.irish or call +66 098 391 3877. A real person reads every message and replies, usually within one working day. You can also use the form on our contact page.
Who is behind Pizza Oven Company Ireland
Pizza Oven Company Ireland is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.
