Tracked delivery across Ireland, free on every order. Dispatch takes 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery a further 3 to 7. Express delivery is a €34.95 upgrade in the cart and arrives 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

You have 14 days from delivery to report a fault, or to return an unused oven in its sealed packaging for a full refund of the price you paid. Once an oven has been assembled or used we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back unless something is wrong with it. You cover return postage on a change of mind.

If a pack arrives damaged or not as described, we replace it or refund it at no cost to you, return postage included. Email us a photo and we will sort it.

Which fuel, pressure and fittings should I use?

Use only the fuel, pressure, regulator, hose, fittings and setup specified for the exact model in the supplied manufacturer instructions and on the appliance labels. Earlier website copy contained conflicting fuel descriptions and must not be used as an operating guide. Contact us before use if anything is unclear.

Where can an outdoor pizza oven be used?

Use it outdoors only, on a stable surface and with the clearances stated in the supplied manufacturer instructions. Never use an outdoor cooking appliance indoors, in a garage or in another enclosed space because combustion can create fire and carbon-monoxide hazards.
